Help with loveshandles? - is it ok for dogs to have lemon juice
OK, so here is my routine is.
8.9 'm walking with my dog. Sometimes traveling, half the time with him because he like to run.
9-9:30 Clock to 3 sets of 15 squats in my exercise ball.
I have tried to define, and the rotation of the knee to knee. This does not work. What can I do? I am struggling with this for almost a year and I never had problems with him in the past!
